Heise LED Lighting Systems Launches New Products at the 2017 SEMA Show
Holly Hill, FL - October 2017 – Heise LED Lighting Systems®, a brand by Metra Electronics, is introducing a variety of new lights and accessories at the 2017 SEMA Show in Las Vegas from October 31 - November 3. Their popular, virtually unbreakable lightbars and cube lights will be available in additional sizes and styles. New RGB accent light kits, RGB Jeep headlights and fog lights and a new RGB halo headlight for motorcycles will be on display at SEMA. Additionally, a new heavy-duty square driving light and rectangular work light will also be added to the line. Heise’s first rechargeable, portable work light with dual row LED lights is handy in the shop but also useful in emergency situations, and was tested first hand during Hurricane Irma. Small accent lights and a variety of new lighting accessories, brackets and controllers will also launch from Heise at SEMA.
All of Heise’s new products will be at Metra’s main booth #11639 in the North Hall. Heise’s off-road, powersports and truck accessories will be on display at booth #35227 in the South Hall, along with a custom-built ATV and Super Duty truck by Extreme Offroad and Performance in Katy, Texas. The ATV will be at Metra’s booth #35227 and the truck will be at the Bodyguard Truck Accessories booth #35215, just right next door. Heise’s marine grade lighting products will also be showcased the same week at the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show, at booth #4191 inside the Sailfish Pavilion at the Broward County Convention Center.
New Lightbar Sizes
Heise introduces a 28 inch dual row light bar with 56 three-watt CREE LEDs and 13,440 raw lumens. This new size fits with Body Guard Bumpers and many other custom front end aftermarket products. Like the rest of the Heise line, its marine grade and designed for rugged conditions and the worst weather. The HE-DR28 features a combination of 90 degree flood and 8 degree spot beams for the best illumination for dark trails. Rated IP67 with a Gore Membrane™, polycarbonate lens and integrated-epoxy encapsulated electronics. This same technology is also available in white curved dual row LED lightbars:

New Cube Lights
New three inch high-output cube lights are available in flood or spot beams with either four or six OSRAM LEDs. These lights are brighter than ever, with 960 raw lumens in the four LED cube light models and 1,440 raw lumens in the six LED cube light models. The end caps are interchangeable for custom color accents and the durable die-cast aluminum housing is dark gray. A four LED (HE-MHCL2) or six LED (HE-MHCL3) option with a 90 degree flood beam and white housing is available for marine use. For hunting, green LED cube light options are available in a 90 degree flood beam (HE-HCL2G) or 8 degree spot beam (HE-HCL2SG). The green LED wavelength is 513 to 534 nm, and is undetectable by most hogs and wildlife, making it an ideal addition for hunting vehicles.
New RGB Accent Light Kits
New RGB Accent Lighting is available in white (HE-ML1RGB) or black (HE-TL1RGB) housing material made of aluminum. These small but powerful auxiliary accent lighting pods use three 3-watt CREE LED lights that provide a significant level of illumination. They are designed to be used with a control box (HE-CBRGB) that turns a smartphone or tablet into a remote control via the Heise RGB App, available for both Android and iOS devices. This free mobile app allows the user to control the lights by selecting colors through a color wheel, choosing pre-programmed flash patterns and colors, an option to flash colors with music, and even has a timer to select when to turn on and off a specific pattern or color. Up to eight accent lights can be added per control box. Heise is also introducing convenient and competitively priced four-pack or eight-pack kits, both available in white or black housing options. The black four-pack kit (HE-4TLRGBK) includes four of the black RGB accent lights and one control box. The white four-pack kit (HE-4MLRGBK) includes the same, except in white. This is an affordable package that is also scalable, allowing the installer to later add an additional four lights, with up to eight total in the system.
New RGB Halo Jeep Lights
Jeep owners can customize the halo colors in their headlights and fog lights with any RGB color variation. The four inch fog lights (HE-JWBFL02RGB) are white angel eye halos that connect to the running lights. They have a black front face and three CREE LEDs. The seven inch round halo headlights (HE-PBHL702RGB) for Jeep Wranglers (1997 and up*) have four CREE LEDs in each light and use an H4 connector. The four channel remote control and box (HE-4CHRGBC) is required for operation of all four lights together, or the two channel (HE-2CHRGBC) if used to operate a single pair.
New 5.5 Inch Square Driving Light
Heise’s line of driving lights expands with a 5.5 inch square option. A new driving light, the HE-DL8, features 24 CREE LEDs for a total of 72 watts with 5,760 raw lumens. This bright light has a 20 degree spot beam and a polycarbonate lens with black die-cast aluminum housing. Rugged, tough and rated IP67 to withstand the elements.
New Work Lights
Heise’s new HE-WL1M is a 3.625 inch by 2 inch rectangular work light with 33 0.2 watt CREE LEDs. This super tough but bright, wide angle work light will illuminate your driving path to see what’s ahead over long distances. It features 726 raw lumens with a 120 degree flood beam. The modular design allows multiple work lights to be connected together, using the Light Connector Split (HE-DTSPLIT), making it a scalable option with even brighter results. This light is tough, rugged, and designed for commercial use or for serious off-roaders. Integrated-epoxy encapsulated electronics and a polycarbonate lens are virtually indestructible. This IP67 rated light is designed to withstand harsh elements and long hours of use in the worst weather conditions.
The HE-PL1 is Heise’s first portable and rechargeable work light solution. This 6 inch by 6.5 inch dual row LED light is great to have on hand for extra lighting or when you don’t have power. A polycarbonate lens and aluminum housing make it virtually indestructible. Both portable and waterproof, it has an endless number of uses for outdoor and garage environments. A strong magnetic base attaches to metal surfaces, perfect for lighting under the hood of a car. The strobe feature can be used to attract attention in emergency or work situations. To preserve battery, you can choose from three levels of light intensity with up to nine hours of operating time at level one light intensity (240 lumens). Six 1.5 watt OSRAM LEDs provide anywhere from 240 to 720 lumens in a 60 degree flood beam. This light recharges in 2.5 hours and can hold its charge for weeks on end.
