METRA ELECTRONICS INTRODUCES HEATED SEAT KITS AND LED LIGHT STRIPS
DECEMBER 2011: HOLLY HILL, FL – Metra Electronics is pleased to announce the InstallBay™ carbon fiber heated seat kits and InstallBay™ LED Light Strips at CES 2012.
InstallBay™ heated seat kits feature dual carbon fiber heating elements for rapid warm up times and even heating across the entire pad. Each carbon fiber heating element can be trimmed to ensure an exact fit for the bottom and back of the seat. These high quality kits are available in three popular configurations.
IBHS1: Single carbon fiber seat heater kit with dual temperature illuminated switch.
IBHS2: Single carbon fiber seat heater kit with multi-position temperature illuminated switch
IBHS3: Dual carbon fiber seat heater kit with multi-position temperature illuminated switch
The IBHS kits provide the perfect balance of performance while maintaining a competitive price point.
Another innovoated InstallBay™ product are 12-volt LED strip lights in various colors and lengths. These flexible, water resistant strip lights will highlight any installation. Seven different colors, available in three different lengths, make these lights perfect to fit into any installation.
The 12-volt LED strip lights feature:
· 8mm wide
· Water resistant covering can handle occasional water contact
· 3M double sided tape for a strong bond
· 60 LED’s per meter
· 120 degree viewing angle
· Available in 1, 3, and 5 meter lengths
· Available in colors: Pure White, Red, Blue, Amber, Green, Pink, and Purple
· Strips can be cut at every 3rd LED if you need to shorten the length
· 5 Meter strip only draws 1.5 amps of current
Another lighting option is InstallBay’s™ 12-volt Side View LED light strips. These lights are for customers who want the Audi style headlight look without the price of an Audi. Two 2’ strips of Side View LED lights in Pure White come in a package. Flexible and waterproof, these lights will give your vehicle a more expensive look.
The 12-volt side view LED lights feature:
· 6mm wide
· Waterproof, designed to take the abuse of the elements
· 60 LED’s per light strip
· 3M double sided tape for a strong bond
· Each LED strip only draws .3 amps of current
· The LED strip can be cut at every 3rd led if you need to shorten the length
